Who you're hiring

I'm AbdEssamad — a Bangkok-based video editor for creators and brands worldwide, editing since June 2023. I cut Reels, TikToks, Shorts and YouTube videos in Adobe Premiere Pro: the hook comes first, then pacing that holds attention and captions people can read on mute. You send the footage from anywhere; I confirm scope, price and delivery date before I start.
I also film. I offer 4K videography throughout Thailand — travel, hospitality, property and the occasional event where nothing can be re-shot — and for suitable commissioned projects I travel across Asia, once the dates, scope and travel budget are agreed. I came to Bangkok for a month and stayed for the light. I shoot everything in 4K log so the footage still holds up when someone wants to grade it two years later, and I deliver raw files as standard because the client should own what they paid for.
The kit is deliberately small: a Sony a6300 for stills and main coverage, a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for gimbal-smooth movement, and a DJI Neo 2 when the story needs altitude. It fits in one bag, which means I can shoot where a full crew can't — narrow streets, small rooms, a boat, a moving tuk-tuk.
I work in English, Arabic, French and Moroccan Darija. On shoots with Gulf and North African clients that turns out to matter more than any lens in the bag.

What does the $49 first Reel include?
One finished Reel up to 30 seconds, edited from up to 5 minutes of organized source footage, with captions, one revision round and one 9:16 export. It is for new clients and does not promise any particular result.
Can you edit footage that I filmed myself?
Yes. Send your footage through Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer with a short brief, reference links, the platform and deadline. I will confirm what is included before I begin.
How long does a remote video edit take?
It depends on footage length, graphics and the number of deliverables. I agree the first-cut and final-delivery dates with you before the edit starts, so the timeline is clear from day one.
Can I leave feedback with time codes?
Yes. You can send timestamped notes on a review link or in a simple message. The $49 first Reel includes one revision round; the $79 single Reel, four-Reel, eight-Reel and YouTube packages include two. A content-partner proposal states its own revision count.
What files do I receive after an edit?
You receive a clean, ready-to-publish master: one 9:16 export per Reel, or one 16:9 master for a YouTube edit. Extra aspect ratios, such as 1:1 or 4:5 for feeds, are quoted separately. Project files can be included when agreed in the quote.
What if I don't like the first cut?
The $49 first Reel includes one revision round; the $79 single Reel, four-Reel, eight-Reel and YouTube packages include two. Send time-coded notes and I refine the cut, grade, sound and captions around them.
Can I see more editing samples before I decide?
The samples on this page are what I can show publicly. To see how I would approach your footage, send a short clip with your brief and I'll reply with the scope and a quote.
Do you offer monthly editing for creators?
Yes. Eight Reels a month for $480 ($60 each), up to 60 seconds each, with two revision rounds and one 9:16 export per Reel. We agree the style once, then plan footage and the posting schedule at the start of each month. For a bigger monthly volume — for example 4 YouTube videos plus 30 Reels — I write a custom content-partner proposal instead.
What is the content-partner package?
An optional, bespoke monthly package: 4 edited YouTube videos and 30 edited Reels. It has no fixed price. After a short brief I send a written proposal that sets the source footage volume, video lengths, revision rounds, turnaround and monthly capacity, plus any strategy, filming or posting support you want added. It covers editing work only and does not promise views, followers or income.
How much does a videographer cost in Bangkok?
A half-day 4K shoot in Bangkok starts at $120 for a walking film and $300 for three to four hours of combined photo and video coverage. Full-day commercial work for hotels and property is quoted per project, typically between $600 and $1,200 depending on locations and deliverables.
How fast do you deliver the footage?
Raw 4K footage is delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. A finished, colour-graded edit takes three to five business days; revision rounds depend on the filming package or quote you choose. Rush delivery is available on request for an additional fee.
Who owns the footage after the shoot?
You do. Every package includes a full commercial usage licence for the delivered files, with no expiry and no per-platform restriction. I keep an archive copy for 90 days in case you need a re-export, then it's deleted.
Do you travel outside Bangkok?
Yes. I shoot throughout Thailand. Travel inside Bangkok is included in every package; anywhere else in Thailand is quoted as transport plus accommodation at cost, with no markup.
Do you film outside Thailand?

What camera do you shoot on?
